Bhargav Requires Dealers in North India

Surat-based Bhargav Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of EPS (expanded polystyrene) light weight wall panels, is looking at ramping up its dealer base in north India. The companydisplayed its EPS and cement sandwich panels at the recently concluded Building Construction Technology Expo 2011 in New Delhi.

“We would like to have five to six dealers in all the states in north India,” says Jagan Dalal (info@bhargavinfrastucture.com), the company’s marketing head. “Builders from Noida and Gurgaon in particular haveshown interest in our products, andwe are expecting to seal deals with them soon.”

Stating the need of EPS and cement sandwich panels in sustainable construction, Dalal says, “We manufacture panels at our fully automatic production line at Sachin Palsana Highway in Surat, Gujarat. The products are eco-friendly and can be used as a substitute for brick. Since the panels are composedof cement and EPS, fly ash being their core material and calcium silicon boards their face, they do not emit toxicgas and meet international environmental protection norms. Also, our panelshave a fire limit of four hours at a temperature of 1000K, and a level A in combustibility.”

He informs that the panels are cost-effective as well. “These solid and thin wall materials with a thickness of 60mm to180mm save a lot of construction space as compared to the muchthicker traditional bocks. Moreover, they weigh only 1/12th of traditional wall body, which saves on cost of construction. Our products are ideal for offices,banks, hotels, shopping malls, amusement halls, hospitals, schools, workshops and residences.”

The company also manufactures a wide range of energy saving products, namely solid panel (SPB), hollow panel (KPB), reinforced panel (JPB), EPS polystyrene foam bead, and calcium silicate board. “These products meet the requirement of structural and sound insulation, which also have high fire-proof limits, resist earthquakes and embody heat preservation in modern construction. They are available in various standard sizes.”
